最差的美居酒店，沒有之一！！！前台服務差，接待的毛頭小夥子竟然戲謔的以bro稱呼我們。難道美居酒店的培訓就是這樣的？一般酒店沒有牙刷牙膏，可以在前台領取，這家酒店不提供免費的，單個一次性牙具竟然收費4.5歐。住歐洲10幾年，就沒遇見這麼差的美居！酒店設施老舊，燈光昏暗，房間不小，但穿很小，也不舒服。最最關鍵是衞生極差，我就不説了，具體看圖！！

第一次到德國科布倫茨，這家美居酒店位於市中心位置，看起來挺新的，酒店前台服務不錯，房間衞生乾淨，早餐環境很好，品種也挺多的，是一家性價比不錯的商務酒店。

Prima hotel, prettig gelegen aan de rand van het centrum (ongeveer 10 minuten lopen). Fietsverhuur naast het hotel. Auto is te parkeren in de garage eronder (tegen gereduceerd tarief: te regelen via de receptie). Uitgebreid ontbijt met veel keuze. Dineren is mogelijk, maar menu is beperkt, vooral op zondag. Tip als je in de zomer naar Koblenz gaat:( be)zoek Rhein in Flammen met veel verschillende live muziek en een drone en vuurwerkshow op zaterdagavond. Hierdoor werd ons verblijf een onvergetelijk weekend

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und hervorragenden Frühstück, der Blick von den Zimmern in der obersten zehnten Etage auf den Rhein, und die Festung Ehrenbreitstein ist atemberaubend. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die etwas durch die jahrelangen Baustellen nervenden Umleitungen für Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrer, die von der Rheinpromenade zum Hotel gehen wollen. Aber das hat nichts mit dem Hotel selber zu tun, sondern beschreibt nur die Verkehrssituation. Das Hotel ist wie gesagt absolut top

Hotel is in a quiet area at the moment there are some construction works at the road outside and you have to take a dtour to go the old city. The view from the room is perfect you can see the old castle on the hill. The people at the reception will give you a map and explain what you can do in the area. There is an underground parking for 13 euro per day.

コブレンツ中央駅からは徒歩12～13分。ライン川に掛かる橋の出前にある近代的建物です。エアコン付き。ライン下りの船著き場から川沿いに7～8分の位置なんですが橋下が工事中で迂迴。不愉快でした。

Service was absolutely first class from email contact before arrival, help with a luggage issue upon arrival , checking out, and everything in between. All staff were really lovely and helpful and always smiling! Food was perfect and the restaurant staff were really engaged with us, recommending items from the menu and perfect wine to accompany the food. Prices were very reasonable too. This was my second 訂房網站 to the Mercure in Koblenz and I will definitely be back. Even as a lone female traveller, I felt very comfortable which is a huge benefit to enable enjoyment of the whole 訂房網站. MARVELLOUS, thank you

不推薦！！來koblenz是為了第二天在科隆還車近一些，小城市選擇了美居，1krmb一晚的房間卻。。床單上有汙漬（忘記拍了😅），淋浴水壓也比較小，而且淋浴的花灑頭好像長銹了（尊滴有些噁心，不敢多想）。最討厭的是停車！入住時候問了前台是不是free for parking，前台妹子説是，結果**第二天出閘機時候發現出不去，緊急跑上樓去問前台，結果是給discount而已，還需要機器付款😠崩潰的是，機器衹有德語！！omg前台衹會sorry，你需要自己操作😡btw停車費一晚是13歐。下次不會選擇！感覺現在美居牌子的確不行了。。
